What is your job role and responsibilities at RSS Infrastructure?
“Here at RSS Infrastructure, I am the Head of Account Development. I am responsible for managing accounts and our clients. I am tasked with supporting the growth of our business, finding new business opportunities, and building our company brand. My main goal is to ensure that we provide exceptional client experience and increase customer satisfaction”.
What are your plans for the future, and how will working at RSS Infrastructure help with these plans?
“Since joining the rail sector, I have been heavily involved in increasing the voice of the rail supply community, with a focus on the SMEs and Apprenticeships, and I want to continue this in the future. Additionally, I am passionate about the rail industry and its people; I am committed to promoting gender equality, inclusion and diversity and empowering the younger generation to pursue a career in the transport industry.
Being a member of the family here at RSS Infrastructure, I have been at the heart of increasing the voice of an SME who provides services for the infrastructure nationally and supporting the next generation of railway professionals. As part of RSS Infrastructure partnership with INFRA Skills; we support minority ethnic groups, women, ex-offenders, ex-Armed Forces, young people, those with disabilities and individuals struggling to find employment by reducing the number of difficulties facing them whilst trying to gain employment”.
